The defending champs loseā€¦QB Guillaume Renaud-Dumoulin had an off day and the Cheetahs pounced on the opportunity. Garneau couldnā€™t handle the GĆ©antsā€™ offensive charge led by #CFC100 QB Dimitri Morand. The CollĆØge AndrĆ©-Grasset PhĆ©nix is dominating!Ā

#1 Campus Notre-Dame-de-Foy Le Notre-Dame (CNDF) 3-0 ā€“ Tight game for the leader of the pack who was saved again by their Kicker David CĆ“tĆ©. Le Notre-Dame remains on top.

#2 CollĆØge AndrĆ©-Grasset PhĆ©nix (CAG) 3-0 ā€“ The defending champs slipped and the PhĆ©nix is still unbeaten. AndrĆ©-Grasset is showing their offensive potential with another 44 points totalling 139 and only showing 48 points against after three games. They lead in both categories and played a second half on running time.

cheetahs

#3 Vanier College Cheetahs (VC) 2-1 ā€“ A tough win on the road for the Cheetahs who took advantage of the opportunities against the Cougars. Moving back to #3, Vanier showed maturity and potential to remain in the top three.

#4 Champlain-Lennoxville College Cougars (CLC) 2-1 ā€“ The mistakes were costly for the Cougars and they move down two spots. The Cougars will be back on track with this learning experience for both their young secondary and especially QB Guillaume Renaud-Dumoulin.

#5 CĆ©gep de Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu GĆ©ants (CSJR) 2-1 ā€“ Scoring 50 points against a team that kept Limoilou to only 8 points the week before, the Ɖlans defence crumbled under the GĆ©antsā€™ dominant offence. Putting more on the scoreboard than your opponent will give you a win and a one spot push in the rankings.

#6 CĆ©gep Garneau Ɖlans (CG) 1-2 ā€“ The Ɖlans are having problems on defence and without a few starters on offence, out because of injuries, they could not keep up with the scoring frenzy.

limoilou

Limoilou #5 Receiver Mathieu Robitaille

#7 CĆ©gep de Limoilou Titans (CL) 1-2 ā€“ With their first win of the season, the Titans move up three spots. Their offence produced 30 points and gained confidence, which will definitely help QB Olivier Bamrounsavath.

#8 CĆ©gep du Vieux-MontrĆ©al Spartiates (CVM) 1-2 ā€“ A tough loss to the Titans and the Spartiates offence still not producing with their young QB at the helm. They move down a spot and things don’t look promising with the tough schedule ahead, playing their four next games against the remaining top five teams.

cameron

LĆ©vis-Lauzon #6 RB Samuel Cameron

#9 CĆ©gep LĆ©vis-Lauzon Faucons (CLL) 0-3 ā€“ Thanks to their offence, the Faucons’ are close every week. Losing at the last minute by a field goal against the number one team, is comforting. The young QB is improving, but the defence is struggling.

#10 CollĆØge Montmorency Nomades (CML) 0-3 ā€“ The Nomades had a difficult task at hand this weekend, facing the PhĆ©nix on their turf, and the defence crumbled. The CollĆØge Montmorency troop moves to the last spot and will have a hard time climbing back.

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
