Harfangs WR #88 Mathieu Bernard
École Secondaire Triolet Harfangs (3-1) vs Collège Notre-Dame Cactus (3-1) The Triolet is coming off an emotional win and should be pumped for this match up. Their offence has been producing a lot of points, they stand at number 2 in points for with 130, and they are versatile with their double threat QB/RB Lukas Boulanger. The Cactus defence will be ready for the task and the whole team will have a chip on their shoulder with the loss to the Blizzard last week. The Notre-Dame offence is slowly gaining confidence with the passing attack and they can be predictable with the run. The Cactus should stop the Harfangs’ run game and if their RB Theodore Seaborn has a good day, they will be 4-1.
Estacades WR #1 Xavier Sanchez
Académie Les Estacades (1-3) vs Académie Saint-Louis Arsenal (1-3) With the taste of a win and a more confident QB, Les Estacades might score a few points, but won’t be able to stop the Arsenal offence. The Académie Saint-Louis has a slasher in QB/RB Charles Goulet, who completed 12 out of 23 for 188 yards, 2 touchdowns and scored a rushing TD last week against a fairly good defence. Also, the Arsenal RB, Jacob Verret who ranks #4 in this division with 385 yards can cause some damage alongside Goulet. The Estacades kicker won’t be able to save them and the defence is the determining factor in the Arsenal earning a 2-3 record at the end of this game.
Loups WR #2 Ray Jay Alcena
École Sec. Curé-Antoine-Labelle Loups (1-2) vs École Sec. Roger-Comtois Patriotes (0-3) The Patriotes have lost two close ones in their three games and they have the offensive power to compete with Curé-Antoine-Labelle’s defence. Their defence is average and should have a tough time trying to stop the Loups QB, Xavier Tremblay, who threw for 180 yards, 3 touchdowns and 1 interception,and RB John-Nicky Giraud, who rushed 129 yards on 13 carries. With their QB more at ease, the Loups should win this one.
Saint Jean-Eudes RB #21 Émile Malenfant
Saint Jean-Eudes Condors (2-1) vs vs Collège Jean-Eudes Aigles (1-2) The Condors defence should be able control the Aigles’ offence composed of QB Arnaud Desjardins who completed 14 out of 29 for 190 yards and RB Alexandre Gravel who rushed for 94 yards on 11 carries in their loss against the Arsenal two weeks ago. The Saint Jean-Eudes running game, led by RB Émile Malenfant who leads the division in average per carry with 11.6 and is second in rushing yards with 603 in 52 carries, should allow the Condors to gain a 3-1 record.

Maraudeurs QB #12 Jonathan Sénécal
Collège Laval Maraudeurs (3-0) vs École Sec. Armand-Corbeil Scorpions (3-0) One of these two teams will take the lead and remain undefeated. For the Maraudeurs rely strongly on the passing game with QB Jonathan Sénécal who had a great showing last week completing 27 out 45 for 350 yards, 4 touchdowns, they are predictable and have been hard to stop so far. The Scorpions are the team to challenge the Collège Laval with their offence guided by dual threat QB/RB Justin Leduc and high-profile RB Danté Tortorici, who leads the division with 909 yards, 8 touchdowns with an average of 12.3 per carry. This will be a tight one all the way and every possession might end up in a score. It may come down to the last team with the football wins. The fast scoring Maraudeurs are favoured in this matchup if the weather collaborates.
Patriotes QB #2 Félix Marois
École Sec. Saint-Stanislas Patriotes (2-1) vs Collège Charles-Lemoyne Dynamiques (1-3) The Dynamiques offence is still struggling and the defence will need to come up big to win this competition against a Pariotes offence that did score 30 points last week. The Patriotes defence will seal the deal and will put them in third place with a 3-1 record.
Vert et Or QB #9 Charles Cossette
Séminaire Saint-Joseph Vert et Or (3-1) vs École Sec. Jacques-Rousseau Sphinx (0-3) The Vert et Or defence is going to dominate the troubling Sphinx offence and QB/RB Charles Cossette, who completed 13 out of 19 for 182 yards and rushed for 28 yards including 2 majors last week, will lead their offence to victory.
Corsaires Defence
École Sec. Pointe-Lévy Corsaires (2-1) vs Collège de Lévis Commandeurs (2-2) This is a great regional matchup between Pointe-Lévy’s defence with 32 points against, lowest in the division, and a Commandeurs offence that has been dominating in both passing and rushing. The Collège de Lévis QB/RB, Tristan Blais, is the leading passer in the division with 1150 yards and 572 yards rushing and is supported by the number three ranked RB with 435 yards on 46 carries. Meanwhile, the Corsaires’ QB/RB, Adrien Guay, has compiled 1167 total yards and has kept defenders on their toes. Should be a lot of points scored and the Corsaires defence is going to prevail.
