There’s been a feeding frenzy surrounding B.C prospects, and CFC100 Evan Nolli out of CFC50 New Westminster is the latest to receive an offer from the OUA. The defensive line prospect already has an offer on the board from Simon Fraser, but this could represent a turning point in his expedition for a spot at the next level.
