Willy-Pierre Dimbongi is a talented multi-sport athlete who plays volleyball and basketball aside from football.

The wide receiver/defensive back’s resume consists of the North Gloucester Giants of National Capital Amateur Football Association (NCAFA), as well as the Ontario Varsity Football League’s (OVFL) Cumberland Panthers.

This fall, he will play for his high school team in the National Capital Secondary School Athletic Association (NCSSAA) with the St. Matthew Tigers.

Moreover, he also competed in last year’s #CFCOPC Ontario Prospect Challenge.

This summer, Willy-Pierre is training with the Gridiron Academy in Ottawa, and plans to improve for next season by working on his footwork and running routes.

The Tiger’s recruitment process thus far has been great.

He has been getting some pretty good looks from a few Division I teams, and Carleton, Acadia, and the University of Toronto are also considering him.

“I have hopes and dreams to play Division I football, and hopefully if it all works out, play in the NFL,” says Willy-Pierre of his future.

In life, the WR/DB’s biggest influence is Ian Michel.

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
