CFL alum, Acadia grad to help the Invaders

The Ottawa Invaders are proud to announce the addition of Jim Clark to the coaching staff. Jim will assume the duties of defensive line coach and will play a key role in the direction of the Invaders special teams.

Jim brings an impressive resume to the Invaders. He has coached with the Ottawa Renegades, Calgary Stampeders, Ottawa Rough Riders, Hamilton Tiger Cats and the B.C. Lions. He has also enjoyed coaching stops with the University of Tennessee, Acadia University, St. Mary’s University and Ottawa U.

Invaders head coach Ken Evraire is quite pleased to have Jim on board. β€œJim will bring a high degree of competency and experience to our defensive line. With his guidance I believe our defensive line can become the strongest group in the NFC. I was lucky enough to have played in Hamilton when Clarkie coached there and I enjoyed his personable, straight forward, no nonsense approach to the game of football.”

Jim is a graduate of Acadia University (B. Bus. Admin). He is an avid golfer and he splits his home time between Ottawa and Placida, Florida.
