CFL cut down day sees 32 CIS players released

Canadian Football League teams were forced to cut down to opening day rosters yesterday and as a result many players were on the outside looking in. Β Many others ‘survived’ the cut by being put on the ‘suspended list’, the ‘6-game injured list’, the ‘1-game injured list’, or the ‘practice roster’. Β The following CIS alumni were released by their respective teams.
