Chilliwack Huskers in search of new Head Coach

Huskers on the Search
After two tough years at the helm, luke Acheson has decided to resign from his position as head coach of the Chilliwack Huskers.

The last two years have been rebuilding years for the struggling team and they feel they have made strong headway towards being a more successful franchise. “This past season we had the best coaching staff we’ve had in years.” says a spokesperson for the team. “We have a great team of dedicated board members and more volunteers than ever, all of whom are currently working very hard to help make the Huskers program a success. Now what we need is an experienced coach…a strong leader who would relish the challenge of continuing the rebuilding process on field.”

During Acheson’s two sesaons the Huskers were 0-20. They did record an exhibition win in Prince George prior to the start of the 2011 season.
