CIS East West Under Armor Combine: Plante & Pruneau lead the way in 40s (full results – top 10)

Even Rain couldn’t stop the start of the East West Bowl, as players from around the country participated in the Under Armor Combine in an effort to showcase their abilities. The event was moved from the outdoor TD Waterhouse Stadium to the BMO Centre due to the weather, and it seemed that no ones spirits were dampened.

This combine was specific to the players participating in Saturday’s game and is independent of Wednesday’s Free agent combine. Testing took a number of different forms at each individual station such as, grip strength, medicine ball toss, bench press, and the 40-yard dash. After a grueling 3 hours the following stats outline the final tally for the top ten players, for each event:

It was apparent that there were a few players standing above the rest, having placed within the top 5 more frequently than others, and they should be on the coaches and players radar for this weekend. But do these scores represent the capacity to which these individuals play? We will have to see how these scores reflect everyone’s performance on the field during the big game Saturday.

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
