The Prairie Football Conference is pleased to announce their Outstanding Player Award winners for the 2015 regular season.

Of the 14 awards handed out the Regina Thunder have six winners, while the Saskatoon Hilltops have five.

Outstanding Receiver ā€“ Ian Lee ā€“ Winnipeg Rifles ā€“ 30 receptions, 501 yards* and 4 touchdowns

Outstanding Quarterback ā€“ Jaeden Marwick ā€“ Regina Thunder ā€“ 118 completions, 1,640 yards, 19 touchdowns*, 9.4 average yards, 112.2 passer efficiency rating

Outstanding Defensive Player of the Year ā€“ Linebacker ā€“ Cole Benkic ā€“ Saskatoon Hilltops ā€“ 24 tackles, 16 assists, 0.5 sack, 3 knockdowns, 2 fumble recoveries, 3 interceptions including 1 for a touchdown

Outstanding Offensive Player of the Year ā€“ Running Back – Colton Klassen ā€“ Regina Thunder ā€“ 117 carries*, 911 yards*, 7.8 yards per carry and 5 touchdowns on route to his PFC rushing title

The PFC championship game is set for Sunday at 1:00pm at the SMF Field in Saskatoon as the Hilltops host the Calgary Colts. The winner will host the 2015 Canadian Bowl on November 7, 2015.
