CJFL Rookie of the Year (VIDEO)

Tony Savchuk of the Edmonton Wildcats

He had an outstanding rookie season for the Edmonton Wildcats collecting 29 tackles, 4 assists, 1 sack, 2 knockdowns, 1 forced fumble, 5 interceptions as a defensive back.

Savchuk was named the CJFL Rookie of the Year and becomes the four Wildcat to win since 1999.  The last was Jordan Samoil who won the honour in 2012.  Jerit Lambert (2009), Jared Winkel (1999).
