Today CFC features Class of 2011 star QB from the Notre Dame Pride in Calgary, Jimmy Underdahl. Jimmy has been playing football for 8 years and has won a whole lot of games over that time period.

Jimmy played 8 seasons with the Calgary Hilltoppers organization winning city championships in 2007, 2009, and 2010. He was a midget football league all star in 2009 and 2010. As a starting QB for the Hilltoppers his overall record was 31-1 in bantam and midget.

With Notre Dame, Jimmy lead his team to the schools first and second Div. 1 city championship under head coach Dave Diluzio. A 2-time Calgary high school football all star, winning the awards in 2009 and 2010.

His most memorable moment playing football was in 2008, while playing for team Calgary at the 2008 Alberta Summer Games, his team was able to overcome a 16-5 deficit with under 2 minutes left in the 4th quarter to win 20-16. In the final seconds, Jimmy threw 2 TD passes, one to Damjan Miskin, one to Denzel Morrison, followed by a 2-point conversion to Miskin to go up 20-16 and win gold.

Jimmy told CFC that his biggest influences have been “high school coach Dave Diluzio, Hilltoppers offensive coordinator Ryan Brouwers, Clayton Masikewich and Neil and Ryan Cooper for getting me into football.”
