As mentioned above Kofi started his football in 2006 with the Black Kat bantam program in the Capital Area Minor Football Association (CAMFA). In 2010, in his fifth season of football, Kofi won a provincial all-star nomination at Running Back, as well as his team award for running back of the year.

Winning the provincial championships this year was his most memorable football experience. “Nothing tops going to another city, playing on there turf, in front of there crowd, and beating them in the final minutes of the game, by a single point.”

Kofi’s most influential person in his football life has been Coach Marvin Nash. “He is the kind of person that pushes you further than you thought you could ever go, and keeps you on the straight and narrow.” Kofi went on to credit his mother, sister and brother for how they have helped him in his life.

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
