Class 2011: Roman Grozman, OL, Villanova / Team Ontario & World (video)


Today’s CFC class 2011 recruit is Roman Grozman, offensive lineman from Richmond Hill, Ontario. Roman was just named to Team World, one of 8 high school players and one of 22 Canadians.

Roman has been playing football for 5 years and has had some tremendous success, especially in the last 2 years. In 2009 he was an Ontario Varsity Football League (OVFL) all-star and a national champion with the Team Ontario East squad that won the Football Canada cup. In 2010 Roman participated in an NUC camp in Rochester, New York and was the camp Overall MVP. Also that same year he was a CISAA all star for Villanova college and a Toronto Star GTA all-star. This year he will be playing for the Team World squad that will be taking on Team USA in a couple weeks.

Roman’s most memorable football experience was winning a National Championship with Team Ontario – East in 2009.

He credits his parents as being the most influential people in his life.
