His first 2 years of high school football he played for Michael Power in Etobicoke. In grade 10 his team won the Toronto ‘West division’ and he was named lineman of the year. In 2010 (grade 11) he transferred to St. Michael’s College to play for the Kerry Blues. He played both offensive and defensive line. In 2011 he participated in the GTA rising stars game.
While not one experience stands out for Alex, “my best memories are of all my team mates and the friends I’ve made since I started playing football.”
The people who have been most influential for Alex “have to be my teamates. We all push each other to be just a little bit better and at the end of the day we are all brothers and we want to see each other to do well in life and in football.”

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
