Class 2012: Brockville’s Trent Corney receives his 1st verbal FBS offer (video)

Trent Corney is a freak…in a good way of course. Six-foot-three, 240 lbs., and running 10.8 100 meters. So Trent has taken advantage of this great gene pool and pursued an NCAA dream by getting the exposure in the United States that one needs.

Trent broke onto the scene in February when he attended the New Level Athletics (NLA) Rutgers 7 on 7. He has attended many others since under the tutelige of Victor Tedona (Ottawa – Gridiron Academy). Trent is transferring to Red Line Christian Academy in Delaware with fellow Canadian athlete and friend Eli Ankou (St. Peter’s – Ottawa) for his last year of high school. The University of Buffalo offered Trent his first FBS scholarship opportunity this past weekend.
