Kadeem started playing football with the peewee Halifax Argos and the bantam Halifax Chargers. In 2010 he represented his province at the Football Canada Cup where he was the starting center & team captain; and as a 16 year old. 2010 was also Kadeem’s rookie season with the Citadel Phoenix. He managed team rookie of the year and 1st team all-star honours.
This isn’t knew because every year he has received some form of honour ever since he begun playing.

His most memorable football experience “was winning the first game of the Football Canada Cup against team Alberta”.

His most influential people that have helped him in football “are my peewee & bantam coach Andrew Macleod and Mike Tanner and the entire Citadel coaching staff”. Also, “my parents are very influential when it comes to my life, always steering me in the right direction”.

Of note, Kadeem will be having shoulder surgery on June 9th and will miss the Football Canada Cup (huge loss for Nova Scotia) and probably will miss the fall season with a 4-6 month recovery time frame. Not to worry, Kadeem will be one of the top recruits from Nova Scotia in 2012 nonetheless. Speedy recovery.

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
