Kyle has been playing for the Brampton Bulldogs since 2006 and in 2010 enjoyed being part of an OVFL championship. Kyle attends Notre Dame high school where he has played on the senior team since grade 9. He started at centre in grade 9 and 10 but moved over to guard in grade 12. He has also taken advantage of attending such camps as the ProElite camp, All-Pro camp and this year made the “Rising Star” all-star team and has been invited to play in the OVFL all-star game.

He credits his fundamental football skill development to “many excellent Head Coaches, such as Jim Bickerstaff (Atom), Coach Ian Smith(Peewee), Coach Dave Smith(Peewee), Coach Pat O’Donovan(JV), Coach Bernie Defour (JV), and currently Coach Ewan Walker(Varsity). There were also O-line Coaches such as Coach Coke, Coach Shane, Coach Delroy, Coach John Coburn, Coach John Terry, and Coach Paul Fenech. Other important Coaches that were involved in my football life are Coach Ozzie, Coach Newton, Coach Chevy, Coach Nate, and the late Coach Boswell. I have an immense respect for all involved in my life and appreciate the time and efforts they put into Coaching throughout their busy lives and for their commitment to the players.”

Always supporting him “my family has been there for me, supporting me, every step of the way. I have made many friends and have lots of `football parents` that make being a part of football family such a special part of my life.”

His most memorable football experience “was winning the Provincial Championship game in Ottawa this year, on the Brampton Bulldogs OVFL Junior Varsity team.”

Right now Kyle is focused on improving his 80% average and putting together a highlight tape in the coming months. He looks forward to what football has to bring him in the future.
