Class 2012: Levon Hawreliak, RB, Ross Sheppard / Edmonton Chargers


Today CFC features class 2012 star running back from Edmonton Levon Hawreliak. Levon began his football career in 2002 with the Leduc Cats.

Class 2012

After Levon played with the Leduc Cats from 2002 to 2006 (atom to peewee) he then played one year for the Millwoods Grizzlies before returning to the Cats for his final season of bantam. After bantam he played midget from 2009 to 2011 (spring) for the Edmonton Chargers. His team went undefeated and won the city championship in 2009. Levon has also played for his high school, Ross Sheppard, since 2009.

Two football hilites comes to mind upon reflection from Levon. “Winning city champs in 09 for the Chargers and being the global athlete of the week my grade 10 year in high school.”

The most influential people that have helped Levon along the way have included: “My dad who has supported me and taught me football. My coaches Brian Buchynski and Jeff Tobert from shep. Gerald Foster who coached me in Chargers and my idol Emmit Smith.”
