Connection vibe (VIDEO)

Mississauga defensive back signs with OUA team.

Brad Bonitatibus felt the sense of belonging as well as a deep connection when he arrived for an official visit to an OUA school.

Consequently, the 5’10, 197 pound defensive back (safety)/linebacker from Mississauga, Ontario has committed to the Waterloo Warriors for the 2014 season.

“I committed to Waterloo because of the vibe that I felt when I visited,” reflected Bonitatibus.  “When I first came in to meet the coaches, there was something about them that made me feel welcomed and I felt that I belonged there.”

“It is relatively close to home so that I could visit my family without traveling too far.  I’ve known Coach (Nial) Both (Warriors Recruiting Coordinator) for a while and when I came to visit I felt a good connection between us and knowing that he would be able to trust me on and off the field.”

Among the teams Bonitatibus has played for include the Mississauga Warriors of the Ontario Varsity Football League (OVFL), Oakville Titans of the Ontario Football Conference (OFC) and his high school team, St Francis Xavier Tigers of the Region of Peel Secondary School Athletic Association (ROPSSAA).
