This fall’s university football season is shaping up to be a dramatic one for the Abele family of Delhi, Ontario. Eldest son John is entering his second year of study in Criminology at the University of Windsor and is a proud member of the Lancers football team and vying for a starters job in the Lancers Defensive Secondary.
Younger brother Anthony has wrapped a tremendous career with the Delhi Raiders and is taking his athletic and academic prowess to the campus of the University of Waterloo where he hopes to study Recreation and Leisure. Mom and Dad are Waterloo Warrior Alums and so it comes as no surprise when Anthony said, “Waterloo feels like home”.
