Dinos announce ticket partnership with Stampeders

CALGARY – The University of Calgary Dinos are pleased to announce a ticketing partnership with the Calgary Stampeders of the Canadian Football League.

Beginning in 2012, all Stampeders season ticket holders will also receive seats for all regular season games in the Dinos’ Canada West football season at McMahon Stadium. Tickets for the Calgary Colts junior football club are also included in the package, making it a great way for football fans in Calgary to enjoy and support their teams at all levels.

“Dinos Football has a long-standing relationship with the Calgary Stampeders, and this arrangement illustrates just how much the Stampeders value amateur football in our city,” said Ron Wuotila, the Dinos’ director of athletics and recreation. “I know that Stampeder fans will enjoy coming to Dinos games in the coming years. Our alumni association, the Dinos 5th Quarter, has been instrumental in this agreement and, of course, in the success that the Dinos have experienced on the field in recent years. I wish to thank them for their diligent support of Dinos Football and their good work in putting this deal together with the Stampeders.”

“Calgary Stampeders season tickets are affordable, they offer several great benefits, and they’re the best way for fans to guarantee their seats at our biggest games,” said Lyle Bauer, president and COO of the Stampeders. “And, for 2012, we’re excited to add a great benefit to the long list of others as we partner with the Dinos and Colts.”
