Edmonton offensive lineman joins CWUAA team’s 2016 class

Kenan Dedic will be commencing his CIS career in his home province.

The 6’5, 309 pound offensive lineman from Edmonton, Alberta committed to the Calgary Dinos.  Dedic will join the team for the 2016 CWUAA season.

“I committed to Calgary simply because it was a family environment; the team has a winning tradition and also the opportunity to be a part of something great,” explained Dedic of his decision.  “The coaches made me feel comfortable and I was ecstatic when they first contacted me it has been a dream of mine to play at the next level.”

Recently, the offensive lineman, who is of Bosnian ethnicity, completed his career with Harry Ainlay Titans of the Metro Edmonton High School Athletic Association (MEHSAA).

“I’m proud that I get to join my fellow Harry Ainlay high school teammates Ti-amo Richards (Carleton) and Colton Macneil (Alberta) as athletes that have committed,” added Dedic.
