Elia Llni is cerebral

Elia Llni started his football journey when he was a young man playing flag football. “In grade-6, not knowing anything about football, but loving, athletic completion, I tried for my schools flag football team. At the end of the tryout, I was the only grade-6 on the heavy filled grade-8 team. After getting a taste of flag football in practice, and in the tournaments.  I started falling in love with the sport. My coach who was drafted in the CFL, but never played due to an injury made the sport more enjoyable, competitive, simple, but complex. After we played and were victorious in a provincial tournament at Rogers Centre (where the Argos used to play), I decided there was no possible way, I was not going to join a rep team,” he explained.

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
