Ryan Berta hits the gridiron with his high school team in the Hamilton Wentworth Catholic Athletic Association (HWCAA) with the St. Jean de Brebeuf Braves.
The offensive guard is also participating in this yearās Fox 40 Prospect Challenge, where his goal is to become a better football player and succeed in whatever he does.
During the offseason, the Braveās regiment consists of going to the gym to build muscle and to improve footwork, as well as work on conditioning.
āI am dedicated to the sport,ā said Ryan, āI always try to build on my skills, whether itās hitting the sled or running cones, I give it my most to succeed.ā
The Brave loves football because it is a team sport.
āYou canāt win the game by yourself,ā added the offensive guard, āyou have to give your most as a team to succeed.ā
