For Andres Guzman, football started in the backyard when he was tossing the pigskin around with his friends and family. āFootball started for me since I was little, I used to play with my dad, my brother, and friends just for fun, I always wanted to join a team and start playing some real football, but there were no teams since the only sports people wanted to play in Mexico was soccer. Ā One day I saw a football team having practice not far away from home, so I told my dad to take me, and he got me into the team. I started playing and falling in love with it, sacrificed everything for it because it was the first thing I actually felt like I was meant to do,ā he said.
