For Frederik Lesieur out of Andre-Grasset, football is all about continuing the job his father started many years ago. The young defensive back’s father was also a very talented football player, but his career ended after he failed to make the Montreal Alouettes during a tryout. Lesieur has made it his personal goal to surpass his father.
“My father got me into football when I was about five or six years old. He played for a long time and coached for a long time as well,” Lesieur explains. “He did the tryouts for the Montreal Alouettes, but sadly didn’t made the squad. I’ve set as a goal to surpass him, and I won’t stop until I make it to the league.”
