β€œI chose to commit to Ottawa for a couple reasons; academics, the campus itself and Coach [Jamie] Barresi,” expressed Matheson.Β  β€œI like that he is willing to give me a chance to play football after only playing one season and that he stresses the importance of working hard and doing well both on the field and in class.”

β€œOttawa is also a great city that is not too far from home.”
