Raymond wide receiver opts to stay in home province, commits to CWUAA team’s 2014 class.

Axel Caballero found the right place to begin his CIS career.

The 5’8, 175 pound receiver/slotback from Raymond, Alberta will be playing in front of the hometown crowd.  Recently, Caballero committed to the University of Alberta Golden Bears for the 2014 CWUAA season.

“I just thought it would be a great idea to follow my post-secondary education in the University of Alberta as well as football,” commented Caballero.

The offensive standout recently completed his high school career with the Raymond Comet of the Alberta Schools Athletic Association (ASAA).
