Gryphon training camp opens Friday

– Gryphons travel to Concordia for exhibition match –

The Guelph Gryphons football team will open training camp this week.
Players will report for registration on Thursday and start practicing twice a day on Friday. All practices will take place at Varsity Field , the University of Guelph’s new outdoor synthetic turf field.

The Gryphons will play an exhibition game against the Concordia Stingers of the Quebec Student Sports Federation (QSSF) on Thursday, August 26 in Montreal and then kick-off the regular season at home against the Toronto Varsity Blues on Wednesday, September 1.
Players and coaches will be available to the media immediately following the end of each practice.
