Guelph “a place to come in and compete” says Brampton recruit

Brampton linebacker joins OUA team’s 2016 class

Michael Adade will continue his gridiron career in his home province.

The 5’10, 200 pound linebacker from Brampton, Ontario signed with Guelph Gryphons.  Adade will join the team for the 2016 OUA season.

“The first thing that caught my eye when I visited Guelph was how close the coaches and the players were with one another; I could really tell that they were a family,” explained Adade of his decision.  “Another reason why I chose Guelph was because of its winning program; Guelph is one of the best teams in the CIS year in and year out and is currently the defending OUA Champions.”

“As soon as I visited the campus I knew it was a place where I could come in and compete for a spot on one of the best football teams in Canada.”

During his career, the linebacker has played for both the Cardinal Ambrozic Riverhawks of the Region of Peel Secondary School Association (ROPSSAA) and Brampton Bulldogs of the Ontario Varsity Football League (OVFL).
