Huron Heights grad signs with Indiana University of Pennsylvania (NCAA Div 2)

Huron Heights grad Cody Millett signed with D2 Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Cody committed to FCS Texas State University last June, but he was declared a non-qualifier by the NCAA. This past fall he played at Wyoming Seminary Prep Academy in Pennsylvania where he spent the season playing football and working on his ACT.

Cody was recently declared a FBS/FCS Qualifier with an offer from FCS Mississippi Valley State University on the table.

After weighing his options Cody was impressed with IUP and their new Head Coach Curt Cignetti.

Coach Cignetti said “We’re very excited to have Cody, we feel he has the ability to compete for a starting spot right away!”

Curt Cignetti, a 28-year veteran assistant coach most recently at the University of Alabama, has been appointed the 11th head coach in the modern era of IUP football.
