This division is welcoming three teams that will heighten the level of competition and make every game exciting. With the quality of coaching and athletes in this division, any team can win. Below is the ranking of the nine teams.

#1 Collège Laval Maraudeurs (CL) 0-0 – A perfect record and a championship win in 2015, the Maraudeurs are in a good position to repeat. The MVP of the Canada Cup, QB Jonothan Sénécal is back and ready to lead this team for another run at the Bol D’Or.

#2 Séminaire Saint-Joseph Vert et Or (SSJ) 0-0 – Finishing in third last year and losing to the Maraudeurs in the Bol D’Or, Le Vert et Or has a chance to bounce back with their starting QB Charles Cossette at the helm.

#3 École Secondaire Pointe-Lévy Corsaires (ESPL) 0-0 – Their star QB, Adrien Guay, is back and that might be enough to keep their defence off the field. Throwing for 2187 yards last year, if Guay can reduce his interception ratio, they may have a shot at the tittle.

#4 École Secondaire Armand-Corbeil Scorpions (ESAC) 0-0 – Tough season last year with a 3-5 record. The Scorpions lose their top RB and QB, making this year a probable rebuilding year. The young stars must step up.

#5 Collège Charles-Lemoyne Dynamiques (CND) 0-0 – Les Dynamiques stumbled in the first round of the play-offs in 2015. Having to replace their QB and losing key players on their defensive front may affect the beginning of the season.

#6 École Secondaire Saint-Stanislas Patriotes (ESSS) 0-0 – Moving up to the D1B from the D2 Laurentide-Lanaudière,  the Patriotes have the wind in their backs. Reaching the provincial finals last year, which they lost by only two points, they finished the regular season with a 7-1 record and a mere 51 points against. They will have to replace Oliveir Bamrounsavath, their star offensive player and a face a higher level of competition each week.

#7 Collège de Lévis Commandeurs (CDL) 0-0 – Played their last season in the Juvénile Mineur league, the Commandeurs may surprise a few teams with their mature squad.

#8 Polyvalente Deux-Montagnes Centurions (PDM) 0-0With the departure of the number one RB in the league, Les Centurions will have their hands full. Although a very young team last year and with a new head-coach, the future looks promising. QB Olivier Pineau is back with a bunch of seniors grinding hard, PDM might surprise a few teams.

#9 École Secondaire Jacques-Rousseau Sphinx (ESJR) 0-0 – Leaving the Division 1, the Sphinx are in a transition. Their star QB/RB do it all player is gone and he might be tough to replace.
