Jordan Stewart has been playing football since he was eight-years-old. Currently, he plays for the St. Thomas More Knights of the British Columbia High School Football Association (BCHSFA).

In his first year playing with the Knights, Jordan and his team won the Provincial Championship.

The Knights’ star holds multiple positions such as running back and cornerback, but shines as the teams’ kicker.  and has already been contacted by Harvard, UBC and Guelph.

Jordan experienced a season highlight last year against Kelowna when he had 200 all-purpose yards and three tackles.

As a motivated player, the Burnaby native looks to his parents, close friends and assistant coach, Joe Adams, for having the most influence on his football career.

Beyond that, Jordan’s support system consists of his family, coaches and even the parents of his teammates.

Jordan has already been contacted by Harvard, UBC and Guelph.  The Knights’ kicker has enjoyed the recruitment process thus far; however, his dedication to his team is evident.

“It has been fun, but as of right now, I’m focused on winning a championship for my senior year and will let the recruitment process take its course,” says Jordan of the process.

Though the Knights’ standout hopes to play football after high school, he wishes to attend post-secondary school for chemical engineering.

During the summer, Jordan has big plans for improving his skills on the field.

“I’ll be spending the summer at Stanford attending their football practices and training at their weight room,” says Jordan.

To keep up with his training regime, he’ll be focusing on his nutrition and on-field skills.

“I want to put on good weight while keeping my speed and agility at an elite level,” adds Jordan.
