Brendan Patrick, a tight end from Montcalm High School, as a deep admiration for his new team, the Laurier Golden Hawks.
“I chose to go to Laurier because I really enjoyed the campus and also the vibe I got while there,” Patrick said. “The coaching staff at Laurier is great and they will be able to coach a competitive team year after year.”
Patrick, who is interested in history, spent eight years playing for the London Minor Football Association. He then spent another five with the Montcalm High School Cougars (TVRA). The product of London, Ontario, was a varsity defensive MVP and ‘male athlete of the year’ in 2017. He was ‘graduating athlete of the year’ in 2018.
Before heading off on his next adventure, Patrick said, “I just want to thank all the coaches and people that have been here for me to help me achieve this.”
