LB Nicholas Olidis living the dream in Connecticut

The road to success isn’t set in stone, and Nicholas Olidis is paving his own path to the next level. The 6’0″, 210lbs linebacker began his football career eight years ago playing for the Markham Raiders, and now finds himself in New Milford, Connecticut at Canterbury School on the hunt for his future program.

Before making the decision to transfer, Olidis played at St. Brother Andre in Markham, who are members of the York Region Athletic Association that recently made the change to nine-on-nine football with the departure of CFC50 Huron Heights. The move to Connecticut allowed him to continue competing in a natural format, and also provides a significant boost in competition playing against prospects from the New England area.
