The York University Lions football program announced on Friday (Jan. 28) another 15 men who have committed to join the University and the Lions for the 2011 season.
These 15 student-athletes join the first group of 10 that was announced in December.
“We are very excited with the decision of these young men to attend York and play football for the Lions,” said Lions head football coach Warren Craney. “Our coaching staff continues to work tirelessly in the recruiting battle and our efforts are being rewarded. Not only are these student-athletes top football prospects but, more importantly, they are quality people with the core values we are looking for in building a successful program.”
