The McMaster Mauraders have announced the signings of three blue chip players from Ontario. York region MVP Nick Shortill (King City), Notre Dame Burlington Chris ‘do it all’ Pezzetta (CFC feature article), and Offensive Linemen Tom Sterling from Assumption Burlington. Coach Ptazsek had this to say about the three new commits:
“We are thrilled with the direction our 2011 recruiting class is heading. These young men are perfect examples of the caliber of student and athlete McMaster is attracting. All three are honour students and are among the best football players in Canada. I’m confident that they will have a significant impact on our program for years to come.”
