ā€œPlaying football for my hometown is a pretty special thing to do and I also wanted to stay close with friends and family,ā€ explained the wide receiver of his decision.Ā  ā€œMac had also shown great interest in me for a while and I felt more wanted there opposed to other schools.ā€

ā€œThe coaching staff has been extremely kind to me and I’ve built a good relationship with them during my recruiting process. As well, I wanted to attend a great school academically where I can receive a respectable degree from. Also I wanted to play for a winning school and Mac has been very competitive in the OUA last couple years with Yates cups and reaching Vanier Cup Finals. They love to throw the ball there and as a receiver, that’s what you want.ā€
