If you’re a history guy like me, your mind often wants to find the rhyme and reason behind any trend or revolution that happens in society, which is exactly what’s been happening the last few years while I’ve watched the city of Ottawa go through a golden era of football with the return of the Ottawa RedBlacks, the Panda Game, then also a whole slew of talent in the area that have landed on the CFC100 top prospects list.
