Concordia Stingers

The Concordia Stingers football program is pleased to announce that outstanding quarterback Jérémie Mongeon-Duby from Les Géants du Cégep St-Jean-sur-Richelieu has signed a Letter of Intent and will join the team in August.

Mongeon-Duby is a two-time RSEQ all-star and was the conference’s outstanding rookie in 2011.

The Vaudreuil, Que. native enjoyed an exceptional college career, completing 389 of 686 passes for 5592 yards, 43 touchdowns and 21 interceptions.

In 2013, he led les Géants to a 7-2 win-loss record and a second-place finish in the regular season. Saint-Jean won its quarter-final and semifinal games before losing the Bol d’Or championship 35-20 to the Limoilou Titans.

Mongeon-Duby, who checks in at five foot 10 and 175 pounds, played his high school football with the Cité-des-Jeunes Citadins in Vaudreuil-Dorion, Que.

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
