AntoineΒ Hamelin will be presenting on the strength and conditioning side of football.Β  His topic will be presented in French (questions can be asked/answered in English).Β  Antoine is looking to help coaches with tips on how to make their athletes faster.Β  Antoine owns and operates the gym Sports Specific Training Laval where he trains numerous CFL, CIS and younger athletes.

Antoine Hamelin

BIO:

Antoine Hamelin is a 2005 kinesiology graduate from McGill University. He has worked for the Canadian forces from 2005 to 2009 as strength and conditioning specialist and later as a sports

and conditioning coordinator for the Royal Military College of Canada in St-Jean-Sur-Richelieu.Β Β  Antoine was the former assistant strength and conditioning coach for the St Louis Blues in 2008

(NHL). He has worked with football programs such as College Andre-Grasset and University of Montreal Carabins and College Laval as strength and conditioning coach. He owns and operates

the gym Sports Specific Training Laval where he trains numerous CFL, CIS and younger athletes. He helps football athletes every year getting ready for football combines.
