The Niagara Spears and Winston Churchill Bulldogs have a lot of trust in defensive back Moses Lougheed. They trust him to patrol the secondary and make momentum changing plays. Lougheed has delivered early this season, recording 15 tackles, one fumble recovery and four pass deflections in just five games.
