New Stinger

London defensive back signs with RSEQ team.

Alexander Frizell will be starting his CIS career in Quebec.

Recently, the 5’9, 175 pound defensive back/longsnapper from London, Ontario signed with the Concordia Stingers for the 2014 RSEQ season.

There were a few key reasons why Frizell chose the Stingers.

“I committed to Concordia because I really like what the new coaching staff is doing with the team and the direction Concordia Football is headed in,” explained Frizell of his decision.  “A big factor in me committing was both coaches Mickey and Pat Donovan made the recruiting process very easy and welcomed me into the Stinger family right away.”

“Going to school in Montreal is going to be an amazing experience and I can’t wait to get up there for camp next month.”

Frizell comes to the Stingers after completing his high school career with Sir Frederick Banting Broncos of the Thames Valley Region Athletic Association (TVRAA).
