Jaguars standout focusing ahead to future with new team.

Phil first hit the gridiron at the age of 11 with the Nepean Redskins of the National Capital Amateur Football Association (NCAFA). Among the awards where he won during his time with the Redskins include Rookie of the Year and Redskins MVP.
He also played for the Ottawa Myers Riders of the Ontario Varsity Football League (OVFL). Β Last season he won the Riders Myers Coaches Award.
Moreover, Phil experienced a special moment in his 2014 season with the Myers Riders.
βThe highlight of my season last year was winning my first championship with Myers,β says Phil, who was selected as an OVFL All-Star. Β βIt was special because I had been 0-6 in my previous championship games.β

Currently, the wide receiver also plays with St Joseph Jaguars of the National Capital Secondary School Athletic Association (NCSSAA). Phil has been honoured with Jaguars Offensive Player of the Year and two Jaguars Offensive MVP Awards.
Phil credits his football success to many people, including his family and coaches.
Recently, Phil committed to the Carleton Ravens for the 2015 OUA season.
