Ninth #CFC100 recruit lands at Carleton

Hamilton receiver joins OUA team’s 2016 class

The Carleton Ravens have annnounced the addition of Clark Adams to their football program.

Adams, the 6’0, 170 pound receiver from Hamilton, Ontario will join the team for the 2016 OUA season.

This past season, the offensive standout completed his career with Cardinal Newman Cardinals of the Hamilton Wentworth Catholic Athletic Association (HWCAA).  In 2015, the Cardinals were OFSAA Bowl Finalists.

Additionally, Adams suited up for the Hamilton Hurricanes of the Ontario Football Conference (OFC).

“Clark is an exceptional athlete and leader as he proved it this past year with Cardinal Newman,” commented Ravens Head Coach Steve Sumarah.  “He has explosive speed and play making ability that makes him a threat every time he has the ball in his hands. ”

“We believe he will excel both on the field and in the classroom and look forward to watching him become a dominant player in the OUA.”

With his commitment, the offensive standout becomes the ninth #CFC100 ranked recruit to commit to the Ravens during the 2016 recruitment season.  The others include running back Matthieu Pickens, 2014 #CFC100 ranked transfer Shaun Robinson, linebacker Jack Cassar, lineman J-Min Pelley, defensive back Tyrell Richards, running back Jevante Stanley, defensive back Ricardo Barrett and receiver Nigel Goodridge.
