Noir et Or now a Concordia Stinger

Concordia adds another local recruit to their 2017 class.

Vincent Fortin, a defensive back from Collège de Valleyfield, will be moving back to the main island after signing with the Concordia Stingers.

Fortin is a 12-year agent of the sport from Île-Bizard, Québec, an northwestern suburb of Montréal. The product from Le Noir et Or du Collège de Valleyfield (RSEQ Division 2) is looking forward to joining the Stingers next fall.

β€œI decided to go to Concordia because I really like the school and the coaches. They’re one of the reason why I decided to go there,” he said. β€œI also liked the team spirit there.”

The future business student is 6’1, 185lbs. He won a Bol d’Or in 2014 with Valleyfield and as an RSEQ all-star in 2015. Prior to cΓ©gep ball, he played with the Lakeshore Cougars (house league).
