Concordia adds another local recruit to their 2017 class.
Vincent Fortin, a defensive back from Collège de Valleyfield, will be moving back to the main island after signing with the Concordia Stingers.
Fortin is a 12-year agent of the sport from Γle-Bizard, QuΓ©bec, an northwestern suburb of MontrΓ©al. The product from Le Noir et Or du CollΓ¨ge de Valleyfield (RSEQ Division 2) is looking forward to joining the Stingers next fall.
βI decided to go to Concordia because I really like the school and the coaches. Theyβre one of the reason why I decided to go there,β he said. βI also liked the team spirit there.β
The future business student is 6β1, 185lbs. He won a Bol dβOr in 2014 with Valleyfield and as an RSEQ all-star in 2015. Prior to cΓ©gep ball, he played with the Lakeshore Cougars (house league).
