Noir et Or now a Concordia Stinger

Concordia adds another local recruit to their 2017 class.

Vincent Fortin, a defensive back from CollĆØge de Valleyfield, will be moving back to the main island after signing with the Concordia Stingers.

Fortin is a 12-year agent of the sport from Ǝle-Bizard, QuĆ©bec, an northwestern suburb of MontrĆ©al. The product from Le Noir et Or du CollĆØge de Valleyfield (RSEQ Division 2) is looking forward to joining the Stingers next fall.

ā€œI decided to go to Concordia because I really like the school and the coaches. Theyā€™re one of the reason why I decided to go there,ā€ he said. ā€œI also liked the team spirit there.ā€

The future business student is 6ā€™1, 185lbs. He won a Bol dā€™Or in 2014 with Valleyfield and as an RSEQ all-star in 2015. Prior to cĆ©gep ball, he played with the Lakeshore Cougars (house league).
