Football Canada is proud to announce that Football Nova Scotia will host the 2011 Flag Football National Championships (FFNC) at Dalhousie University in Halifax from July 22 to July 25th, 2011. The FFNC is an annual event which brings together the best youth flag football players to represent their province on a National level.
This year, in accordance with the growth of flag football and the development of Football Canada’s
Long-Term Athlete Development (LTAD) program, the FFNC has modified its previous under-15 co-ed division to separate male and female under-16 divisions. The under- 16 (U16) divisions supplement the pre-existing U18 female and male divisions. Each division will be highly competitive as Provincial champions compete for a chance to be crowned the National champion.
