OFC Semi-Finals: Who will win?

CFC has been at work compiling a coaches poll on who will win this weekends games. Like the OVFL, the results were not unanimous which means a good weekend of football is ahead. Here are the results:

Five coaches (OFC and CIS) helped in the predictions.

2:00 PM – Knight-Newbrough Field

Sarnia Sturgeon (7-1) @ Twin Cities Predators (7-1)
11:00 AM – Knight-Newbrough Field
There one game this season was a shoot out with the predators coming out on top 51 to 45. Both teams proved all season they can score points. The loser will simply run out of time in this one.

Sunday, August 1
Bantam
York Simcoe Bucs (4-3-1) @ Burlington Stampeders (8-0)
10:30 AM – Notre Dame Catholic SS
This one is david versus goliath. The stampeders have looked unbeatable all year except for a close one versus Hamilton. There one match up saw the stamps win 35 to 7. Unless you have points put your money on the Stamps.
Burlington 32 York Simcoe 14

Junior Varsity Tier One
York Simcoe Bucs (4-4) @ Burlington Stampeders (8-0)
1:00 PM – Notre Dame Catholic SS
Like their bantam brothers, the JV Stampeders dominated their league. It will continue on sunday.
Stampeders 42 Buc 13

Varsity
Sudbury Gladiators (4-2-2) @ Burlington Stampeders (7-1)
3:30 PM – Notre Dame Catholic SS
This game will be closer than the records indicate. There one game versus one another was a close 32 to 30 victory by the stampeders. Home field will play in this one as the first one was played in sudbury.
Stampeders 27 Sudbury 21

Monday, August 2
Junior Varsity Tier One
Twin Cities Predators (4-3-1) @ Hamilton Wentworth Panthers (5-2-1)
