OFSAA bowl preview: Rams look to extend Halton domination

The Lakeshore Catholic Gator return to the Golden Horseshoe bowl in 2012 for the 6th time since 2000.  After an early season loss, the Gators have won 8 in  a row including a come-from-behind victory over Peel champion St. Marguerite d’Youville, a game where they spotted their opponent 17 points before answering with 24 straight points for the victory.

Like the Gators, the Rams opened their season with a week one loss, but regrouped and fought their way through the competitive tier 1 Halton division.  An upset victory over previous CFC #3 and undefeated Corpus Christi in the Halton final has given the Rams the confidence needed to excel in the next part of the playdowns.
