OL looking to get better with Rouge et Or

Laval brings in another local commit to their Class of 2017.

Improvement. You can never stop improving. Cyrille Hogan-Saindon, an offensive lineman from CĆ©gep Garneau, understands this; thatā€™s why he committed to the Laval Rouge et Or.

ā€œI choose to commit at Laval to become the best football player I can be, and Coach Carl Brennan can really develop this potential,ā€ he said. ā€œI am really excited to work with the coaching staff. Everybody who will have an impact on my development are all great coaches.ā€

The future political science student needs no introduction to Laval. Hailing from QuƩbec City, QuƩbec, Hogan-Saindon said he lives five minutes from the campus. Along with the facilities, which he said are the best, he said that family and friends were also a big part of his decision.

The hulking 6ā€™4, 300lbs athlete spent three years with Les Ɖlans du CĆ©gep Garneau (RSEQ Division 1). In 2013, he spent one year with Les AlĆ©rions du Petit SĆ©minaire de QuĆ©bec (RSEQ) in high school. The following year, he was able to showcase his talents on the Rouge et Or all-star team. The game to highlight the best high school players in the QuĆ©bec City area.

Going to the U Sports level is an exciting time in it of itself, but playing for the hometown team can make it extra special. When he was reflecting on any additional information to share, three words came to mind for Hogan-Saindon: ā€œLETā€™S GO LAVAL.ā€

Advocating for football prospects one story at a time.
